We are the pilgrim church and we dare to hope!
The main design of the pin is a compass with the spinning arrow with the lettering of "Hope" in ambigram style. this means even if its turns upside down, the word hope will still be the same. Just like how in our life we face joys, sorrows and tribulations, there will always be hope. The hope text is colored green which is the color of hope, it is also glow in the dark, reminding us that even in darkness there is hope. But how to remain hopeful in the midst of life's challenges?
The center of the pin is the monstrance, to remind us that to remain in hope is to be centered in Jesus Christ. An inscription along the outline of the host reads "We Dare to".As Christians, we look forward to the promise of eternal life, made possible by the most holy sacrifice, Jesus dying on the cross for our sins.
Surrounding the monstrance are bible verses to encourage us in our faith journey as pilgrims. Rainbow colors surround these bible verses, because the rainbow also signifies hope and the faithfulness of God.
The outer ring of the pin is the verse from Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart." This compass pin encourages us to seek Jesus daily and we are assured of finding Him.
